 Verified I absolutely love this house! So clean, comfortable and close to everything in Fountain Hills and north Scottsdale, yet on a peaceful, beautiful residential street. Matt has thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked, there’s a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster oven, and all the pots, dishwater and cooking utensils you will ever need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are fully stocked with makeup remover wipes, Qtips, shampoo and conditioner and each has a hair dryer. I also appreciate the Kleenex as that’s something I usually have to buy with other properties. There’s a peloton exercise bike for when it’s too hot to exercise outside and a beautiful pool area-love the bougainvillea!! The tv in the living room is giant, perfect for watching Netflix movies at night and there are also games, puzzles, books, etc. And Matt the host is so helpful and responsive. You can’t go wrong booking this house-it’s amazing!

 Verified I’ve rented in fountain hills many times, and this is the best I’ve stayed in. It’s bright, spacious, welcoming, and the views are magnificent. So many different areas to sit, lounge, dine. And the back porch overlooking the pool in mountains is so private and peaceful. Matt was super helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be back for sure!

 Verified My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Matt’s home. We enjoyed the privacy, the beautiful views, and the peaceful location. The home itself has such a great layout and all the amenities to do as much (or as little) as you would like. We particularly liked the different spaces to sit or eat while enjoying the wonderful weather and scenery, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We plan to stay there again, as it is one of the nicest and best appointed houses that we have rented; with the great space, it would be a perfect place to escape with our adult kids. Matt was very gracious and pleasant to work with; it is so much nicer to deal directly with the owner rather than a big management company.
