I fell in love with Fountain Hills in 2016 while visiting my daughters in college. During a parents' weekend trip, I purchased a home—'Desert Breeze'—with dreams of making it my full-time escape. Life had other plans, and I found myself unexpectedly managing it as a vacation rental.

Balancing a demanding career while self-managing listings, my home, and my guests was challenging. A brief stint with a property management company (Evolve) proved disastrous—income dropped, guest satisfaction plummeted, and my home suffered. I took back control and discovered a true passion.

Today, with dozens of "Perfect 10" guest ratings, an "exceptional" listing status, and a full, profitable calendar, I’ve left the corporate world to pursue a more gratifying life.

More than income, what drives me is guest satisfaction. Many past guests now feel like friends, grateful for their 'home away from home.' My obsession with 5-star reviews and 'exceptional' status fuels my commitment to working with a select few premier property owners who share my passion for excellence.
