You're a Fountain Hills/Scottsdale owner who want to be "hands-off". You need it all! I'll take care of all the virtual stuff listed above to attract, book, and deliver the right guests at the right rate, plus full property management, including:
Property set-up, staging, and photography
Hiring and managing cleaning services, handymen, landscapers, pool service, etc.
Routine property inspection
Concierge on-the-ground guest services, from birthday balloons to emergency WiFi trouble-shooting
Being local and "boutique", your property will be one of only a handful that I'll be visiting frequently to set-up and oversee with my dependable teams of cleaners, plumbers, electricians, handymen, pool services, etc....or yours.

I'll apply all the best strategies to attract, book, and deliver the right guests at the right rates, and implement my "tech stack" to automate and coordinate communications and services, and perform and apply highly customized analytics and dynamic pricing strategies.
But there's a catch...
As your co-host, I'll need strong assurances that your property has what it takes to achieve "exceptional" status. This might entail a visit to your property, but at minimum, we'll do a virtual walk-through to be sure the property and the cleaning and maintenance teams have the potential to achieve "exceptional".
